Beefie Boys comes from a hardcore history of slinging beefs on the streets of the North Shore. Born to immigrant parents, Peter Nikolakopolous grew up working hard for the American Dream at their family restaurants. Wiping tables at Harbor Roast Beef & Seafood was his day care before he graduated to making Roast Beef Sandwiches at John’s Roast Beef in Lynn in 1988.

 

Peter's parents always wanted him to do something outside of restaurants, but beef was his passion. He took his parent's teaching and discipline and opened up Pomodori Ipswich with his wife Angela in 2001. Over 20 years and multiple restaurants later, the concept of North Shore Beefie Boys was born in 2021. After a long and detailed plan, our state of the art Food Truck came from California, and now the North Shore doesn’t have to travel to get good beef - we’ll bring the 3-ways to you.
